Born 1951 in Durant, Oklahoma, Stephen Sills moved to Paris for three years after receiving his bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of North Texas! After being a decorator in Dallas, in 1982, he moved to New York to strike out on his own, where his professional career took off!
