Recently, the esteemed Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach was completely renovated and one of the latest parts to be redesigned was the gorgeous Raleigh Gardens. The hotel is hosting an exclusive and immersive outdoor exhibition entitled Les Lalanne at the Raleigh Gardens. The garden was designed by the internationally acclaimed designer and architect, Peter Marino and landscape designer Raymond Jungles, and today, the LUXXU’s blog will show a sneak peek of this innovative landscape that features a beach-side tropical theme.

This exciting exhibition is comprised of more than 30 sculptures all set throughout the lavish garden and it was organized by real state developed and founder of SHVO, Michael Shvo and his partners Bilgili Holdings and Deutsche Finance. The focal point will to pay homage and celebrate the artistic work of the late Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne, who together comprised Les Lalanne.

Besides the outstanding garden design, the other major attraction of the exhibition will the unique anthropomorphized creatures and objects that were a trademark of the dynamic duo. Porte du Jardin (1992), the Choupatte, Très Grand (2008) and Signe Avisé Très Grande (2010) will be a few of the imposing sculptures presented. The first will frame the entrance, the second is an outlandish yet impressive creation of cabbage with bird’s feet and the last one consists of a large scale gorilla that is seating down on the grass.

Les Lalanne at the Raleigh Gardens is one of the largest outdoor exhibitions to honor the artists and is only set to be concluded on February 29, 2020, so make sure to pay a visit because it certainly is worth it.
