Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree
You can find one of the largest Christmas tree in New York City in the Rockfeller Center Plaza. The Tree Lighting Ceremony marks the formal start of the holiday season and takes place right after Thanksgiving. It is the highlight of visitors coming to New York from all over the world during Christmas time, and it doesn’t surprise us!
Bryant Park Winter Village
The Bank of America Bryant Park Winter Village provides something for everyone, with over 170 retail booths and a 17,000-square-foot ice ring. Stroll around Bryant Park’s streets to discover sparkling cocktails, hand-painted cards, and artisanal soaps before heading to The Lodge, a rinkside bar and dining hall, for festive drinks and a variety of iconic New York cuisines. If you want to use the free rink, be sure you book time and a pair of skates ahead of time.
Winter Lantern Festival
The NYC Winter Lantern Festival will return with three big activities to help light the frigid season! At the Nassau County Museum of Art, there is now a drive-through experience called “A Bug’s Night” that allows you to cruise through nearly 20 acres of vibrant lanterns and Christmas lights. On Staten Island, there’s also a getaway at the Snug Harbor Cultural Center. Over eight acres of the botanic garden will be lit. In addition to the lantern show, there will be a live DJ, projection mapping, food sellers, and other activities to keep the celebration going.

Christmas has meaning not because of the presents but because it brings the whole family together for some quality time and a wonderful meal. Getting a unique table, such as the Apotheosis dining table, would be a great option. The Apotheosis Dining Table, inspired by Greek Mythology, is a celebration of design and creativity. The polished brass legs add a unique and sophisticated touch to this item, which is supported by a marble and wood top. This combination and design represent the elevation of what is earthly to godlike status, and it defines the development of something flawless.
