Louis Vuitton launches a new take on luxury smartwatches! And it’s definitely our new favorite.
Luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton is following nowadays’ technology trends with the launch of its first-ever luxury smartwatch. Named as Tambour Horizon, the new luxury item seems to be a unique take on the increasingly popular connected watch.

Tambour Horizon was born in a partnership with Google and Qualcomm, featuring the Android Wear 2.0 platform and a wide range of features that are distinctively from the brand’s concept.
The new luxury watch was inspired by the iconic 15-year-old Vuitton’s piece – Tambour – which features a sleek and elegant design. The Horizon was marked as a traveler‘s watch, combining an interchangeable strap system and customizable watch faces with exclusive flight-tracking and city-mapping functions.
Its design includes a 42 mm stainless steel case and a 1.2” AMOLED touchscreen. A Sapphire glass case printed with the brand’s appealing logo, protects the overall layout.

The designer smartwatch also uses the Qualcomm® Snapdragon Wear 2100 platform, and it’s compatible with smartphones running Android 4.3/iOS 9 or higher.
The Tambour Horizon retails both online and in Louis Vuitton stores. It’s available in three different designs: Black, Graphite, and Monogram.
