In a sustainable approach, the building’s architecture  utilizes many forms of alternative power to limit the energy consumption of its Luxurious amenities. Some of them include a hydraulic elevator that provides access from the ground floor to the sixth, passive solar technology and heating and cooling capabilities.

The main attraction – the solarium – consists of glass paneled living space that comprises two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and a common room. Guests at the Falcon Nest can enjoy a 360 degree of the surrounding landscapes, including the San Francisco Peek  that is 120 miles away.
