One of the most renowned hotels in Paris, the Ritz, that recently opened after nearly four years of renovations, has a secret cooking school: the Ecole Ritz Escoffier. Which is probably one of the fanciest places in the world to learn how to cook like a chef!
In the Ritz cooking school, there is a bit of everything. From a two-hour class that involves making high-end dishes and then enjoying them. There are also eight-hour courses and weeks-long professional courses.

Grilling classes are also provided in the hotel secret garden. The students can learn how grilling techniques for meat, fish, and vegetables. Although the image above is not from the secret garden we can guess it looks as magical.
Ritz Paris also offers more specific classes that focus on certain cooking styles, like traditional bistrô dishes, regional cuisine, and classics from Ritz’s acclaimed restaurant.
Kids are not left out and there certain programs for aspiring young chefs where they can learn how to cook classics like cupcakes, macarons and deluxe finger sandwiches.
The Bar Hemingway also offers a mixology class, where the head bartender, that happened to be named best bartender in the world twice, will teach you how to mix drinks. There is a class dedicated to wine as well.
