Milan Design Week<\/strong><\/em>, which is upon us, is proof that this city has a lot to offer when it comes to design!<\/p>\n

If you are traveling to this design event<\/strong><\/em> you probably want to enjoy the city as much as you can! To make sure you do here is another part of our Milan Design Guide<\/strong><\/em>, this one is focused on museums. Check the other ones, for events, hotels<\/a><\/strong>, restaurants<\/a><\/strong> and much more.<\/p>\n

National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo Da Vinci<\/h2>\n

We are kicking off the list with an iconic museum! In this museum, you\u2019ll be able to see Da Vinci\u2019s original drawings and numerous models of his scientific innovations and experiments. It\u2019s a great place to get to know more of Leonardo Da Vinci\u2019s work!<\/p>\n

\u00a0Fondazione Prada<\/h2>\n

\"Milan<\/h2>\n

Fondazione Prada is a fairly recent museum. Having opened in 2015, it\u2019s home to a contemporary art<\/strong><\/em> collection you can\u2019t miss. Including both temporary and permanent exhibits, the central piece of the museum is The Haunted House,\u00a0a four-story building covered with gold leaf and including artworks by Louise Bourgeois.<\/p>\n

Museum of Ancient Art<\/h2>\n

Museo d\u2019Arte Antica, as the locals would call it, has a great collection from several periods of history, from the late antiquity to the Mediaeval and Renaissance periods. There is also a room designed and frescoed by Leonardo da Vinci.<\/p>\n

MUDEC<\/h2>\n

Another recent museum in the city! MUDEC is dedicated to arts and cultures from all over the globe. There as a piece of every corner of the world, from Japan to West Africa, the visitors will be amazed by the rich culture in this place.<\/p>\n

Museo del Novecento<\/h2>\n

\"Milan<\/p>\n

Located right next to the Duomo<\/strong><\/em>, this museum is dedicated to 20th-century art. The organization of the museum is wonderful, with sections dedicated to each art movement of the period of time. It\u2019s also located in a building full of history, it is where Mussolini used to address the Milan crowds.<\/p>\n
