Located in Manhattan\u2019s East Village, the historic townhouse is beautifully designed with Gibson\u2019s signature style!<\/p>\n

You might now Monique\u2019s work since she designed a lot of celebrities houses, from Elton John to Jon Bon Jovi to Meg Ryan. And she has become so close with Bon Jovi, after designing six homes, that she spends Thanksgivings with him and his family.<\/p>\n

Her home is simultaneous her living and her workspace, and her home works as a sunny laboratory for ideas, which she sometimes uses as a study for her client\u2019s projects.<\/p>\n

An airy open kitchen decorated in darker tones that opens up into the designer\u2019s garden, which she treasures a lot! Having been born in the countryside Gibson appreciates every little piece of nature she can have.<\/p>\n

The designer describes\u00a0her home as\u00a0a \u201cliving\u00a0canvas\u201d, with things coming and\u00a0going very quickly. However, there are many items in the house the designer has\u00a0held on to\u00a0through the years, such as\u00a0a pair of paintings, given to\u00a0her by Elton John\u00a0and that slide open to reveal a TV.<\/p>\n
