Minor International is debuting three new luxury projects<\/strong><\/em><\/a> in Phuket , Thailand, which are valued at 9 billion Baht. Each one of them has a different concept, one being a mixed-used retail and commercial building, the other a luxury residential<\/strong><\/em> and the last one, an update of the Antanara Vacation Club<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

\"Avadina<\/p>\n

The luxury residential<\/strong><\/em><\/a> project will be developed in partnership with Kajima Overseas Asia, creating a 50:50 joint venture to construct on the 99 rai of the land located near the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort<\/strong><\/em> and The Residences<\/strong> <\/em>by<\/strong> Anantara<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, Layan.<\/p>\n

\"Avadina<\/p>\n

The project named Avadina Hills by<\/strong><\/em> Antanara<\/strong><\/em>, features 16 luxury villas<\/strong> <\/em>and will be developed in two different phases. The first 11 villas will be completed in the beginning of 2018 while the rest will be ready in 2020.<\/p>\n

A shared space will be leased to Anantara Layan Phuket<\/strong> <\/em>hotel to build extensive new facilities featuring a gym, spa and tennis courts.<\/p>\n

The second project to be in development by Minor International<\/strong><\/em> are the 97 newly-designed Anantara Vacation Club<\/strong><\/em> apartments and villas with pools. Located on 20-rai of land adjacent to the Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao, the\u00a0luxury properties<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0are expected to be completed in 2018. The new real estate project is valued at an estimated Baht 3 billion.<\/p>\n

Finally, the third project under development is the expansion of Turtle Village<\/strong><\/em> shopping mall. The new section is set to open to the public in 2019. Located adjacent to the current mall, there will be approximately 534 sqm of prime office space<\/strong><\/em>. This can be seen by the fact the office space is already leased out on long-term commitment. There is also approximately 1,270 sqm of retail space which will complement and build on the excellent location.<\/p>\n
