The Future of Commercial Design<\/em><\/span><\/strong>: Giorio S.L.R.<\/strong> is an Italian company in the field of design and architecture, born out of a strong culture of working with wood. It was founded in 1969 by Pierino Giorio<\/strong> and has grown to become one of the sector\u2019s most important companies. In 2010, the company developed and created Giorio Casa, one of the 5 brands it works with. Giorio Casa<\/strong> promotes Italian architects and brands in the luxury furniture and interior finishing sector in foreign markets, particularly in China. The LUXXU blog<\/a> <\/strong>closely follows all stylistic interventions in interior design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giorio Casa<\/strong> coordinates high-level contracts, collaborating with the main Italian architectural firms to design and supply furniture of the highest stylistic and quality standards. Giorio Casa materialized in the Giorio Casa Store<\/strong>, a project developed by architect Wang Zhongli, located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawing on Chinese culture and traditional Italian architectural<\/strong> styles, Wang Zhongli<\/strong> and his team built the atrium with bricks in an enclosed space, presenting openness and inclusivity at the same time. In doing so, the space fulfills its commercial purpose by naturally evoking people\u2019s desire for consumption in an intelligent way. As the scenes presented behind the arches vary, people imagine different stories in their minds, which testifies to the power of space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The store\u2019s retail design reflects Giorio Casa\u2019s Italian<\/strong> roots with architectural elements from ancient Rome. This new exhibition center was designed to be a quiet space with an atrium at its core. The architecture invites guests to have a unique spatial experience. The store\u2019s atrium makes the space feel like a home and brings a sense of serenity<\/strong>. The atrium\u2019s design was inspired by the ancient squares found in Roman cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the layout of this new store, the designer moved away from conventional store design to create something unique and timeless<\/strong>. What\u2019s more, by changing the way people feel in a space, it is hoped to change their shopping habits too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new Giorio Casa store<\/strong> in China advocates minimalism in architecture and design. \u201cWhen I design, I prefer simplicity. Human beings are already complicated enough<\/strong>,\u201d concludes the designer. Wang Zhongli<\/strong> hopes to help the brand meet current challenges with a complete space strategy and achieve business value beyond expectations. Furthermore, he believes that creating a peaceful environment<\/a><\/strong> will allow people to express their true emotions, which should not be predetermined or amplified by space. In the future, urban commercial spaces may evolve in this direction, and sincerity is always the most touching part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
