When talking about home styles, Kim<\/strong><\/em> is the one that doesn\u2019t mind spending big, Khloe<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0the organization freak and Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong> <\/em>the \u201cinterior design comes first\u201d<\/strong><\/em> expert! Kourtney showed more concerns about the overall appearance of her celebrity home<\/strong> living room<\/strong><\/em> than actual comfort. And who\u2019s to blame?<\/p>\n

At Luxxu we believe that a living room should be the home\u2019s star. Luxury furnishings, crystal chandeliers, you name it!\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I was designing my living room<\/strong><\/em> with my decorator Martyn Lawrence Bullard<\/strong><\/em>, we agreed that this is the one room in the house that doesn\u2019t need to be super comfortable,\u201d said the celebrity<\/strong><\/em> on her app<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kourtney<\/strong><\/em> sure wanted to make sure it was practical and kid-friendly, after all the celebrity does have three kids. The results? This dazzling neutral-color living room<\/strong><\/em> surrounded by modern furniture<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0The coffee table was custom-made for Kourtney<\/strong><\/em> and made out of cerused oak, which she says has a special wood finish that highlights the natural grain in a subtle white pigment.<\/p>\n

Next to the fireplace is a Yamaha piano she\u2019s had since she was a little girl.<\/p>\n

\u201cI took piano lessons on this exact piano, so it\u2019s very sentimental to me \u2014 my mom gave it to me,\u201d said Kardashian<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Inside the fireplace is a tile that reflects the light and brightens up the room when lit on a cozy evening. Honestly, even if the room doesn\u2019t feel comfortable, we think the ambiance more than makes up for it.<\/p>\n\n

Let\u2019s be honest here, the only thing we should replace are these lighting pendants for a more classical chandelier design.<\/strong><\/em><\/a> Other than that, the celebrity<\/strong> <\/em>sure should consider a new career, this time on the interior design<\/strong><\/em> industry! Great job Kourtney<\/strong><\/em>!<\/p>\n
