A\u00a0multimillion-dollar\u00a0penthouse<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0that\u00a0reflects the owner\u2019s love for\u00a0collectible design<\/strong>\u00a0and the client\u2019s need to have\u00a0a functional space for work and to be inspired at the same time<\/strong>. An\u00a0apartment fit for the most creative mind<\/strong>, this project is one of the many homes of a prolific architect, who also dabbles in the art dealing world. The\u00a0one-bedroom luxury apartment was fully designed by\u00a0Boca do Lobo Design Studio<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meet Jason Harris, CEO and Creative Director of\u00a0UDesign Architect Studio<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Saudi Arabia<\/a><\/strong>. The goal was to create\u00a0a large-scale private residence that would have elements of a\u00a0luxury hotel<\/a>\u00a0and family home<\/strong>. Saudi Arabia<\/a>\u00a0is a hot, flat country<\/strong>, with very few green hills or trees. Everything outside is generally desert. For that reason, Jason and his team wanted to\u00a0create a private self-contained oasis<\/a> both around and within the core structure<\/strong>, with an imposing entrance to allow an uninterrupted view of the entire fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
