This historic West Village<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0home located on Cornelia Street, New York<\/a><\/strong>, was Taylor\u2019s house during the period when the singer was renovating her famous Tribeca Penthouse. The three-story, 21-foot-wide building from 1870 has a total floor area of around 5,500 square feet and includes four bedrooms<\/a><\/strong> and seven bathrooms<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Italian furniture<\/strong><\/a> company Zanotta is currently renting the house to use as an immersive showroom<\/a><\/strong> for networking and showcasing their design pieces. According to public records, the property last changed ownership for $11.5 million in 2019. The rental listing is held by Laurence Carty, Irene Lo, and Jennifer Rahilly of Corcoran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
