Discovering Lecoadic and Scotto\u2019s Project<\/em><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n

This project was taken on by Lecoadic and Scotto as a result of a Mexican hotelier\u2019s love for France and French design. Lecoadic & Scotto and French design were a match made in heaven, especially after the designers discovered an amazing apartment in the most ideal location. On the 1st Arrondissement, right next to the Palais Royal, was this amazing apartment<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Since Lecoadic and Scotto wanted to make sure that every element, including reflections, perspective, and light, stood out, they made the decision to completely alter the floor plan. The location of the apartment and the breathtaking view<\/a><\/span><\/strong> of the well-known historic gardens of the Palais Royal alone would make that situation even better. The apartment\u2019s color scheme, which uses the range of hues reserved for grays, gray-greens, and silver-grays, describes itself as neutral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actual owner of this Parisian apartment is a lover of interior design, so he constantly adds pricey items and one-of-a-kind pieces<\/a><\/span><\/strong> to further adorn the space.
