So, who is the dynamic duo behind this incredible firm? Ashley Rumsey and Stanley Sun formed Mason Studio as a result of their creative collaboration. Ashley is a natural leader. She has been in charge of a number of projects in China, North America, and the Middle East, and she is frequently invited to speak at conferences. Stanley is an artist with a distinct vision. His work is informed by his studies in human sciences, fine arts, and interior design. His projects\u2019 two defining characteristics are light and logic. Impressed? We\u2019ll tell you that they were featured in Forbes, Pure Luxury, and Azure just in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a riverside development, the Runxi Residence project consists of four 60-story towers. To the core, it is a contemporary, modern project. However, take note of how it makes use of stone and wood to create the ideal, almost minimalist luxury interior. The goal of this project is to exude refinement while also displaying modernity and good taste. There is no evidence of excess or clutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Banane, on the other hand, takes a more mid-century approach. It is, indeed, the ideal style for a beautiful restaurant that wishes to combine modernity and the past. The use of classic but slightly updated luxury chandeliers and one-of-a-kind art pieces transforms the interior of this French-cuisine restaurant into something truly unique. Nonetheless, it retains a hint of the refinement that distinguishes a luxury dining experience. Furthermore, the wall decor incorporates some stunning art deco elements. This corner table area, on the other hand, harkens back to the best of mid-century design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, there\u2019s the Kimpton Saint George Hotel. While it has some mid-century influences, we would call this a perfect example of mid-century modern design. Indeed, the jazz-age-inspired wall lamp and modish patterns contribute to the creation of a one-of-a-kind, contemporary project. Take note of the excellent use of burgundy and the high quality of the materials. But there isn\u2019t a single corner in this hotel that doesn\u2019t have a unique twist. The use of soft blues and unique but discrete decor pieces in the first area creates an almost casual chic look. The reading nook design, on the other hand, is made interesting precisely by combining bold colors and mid-century lighting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
