The look is youthful and laid-back, yet the purpose is clear and unmistakable. Chef Arnaldo Azevedo\u2019s observant eyes have an irreverence to them that shows in the boldness of his creations<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. It began with a family business, where he found his love of cooking. He begins his career in the family restaurant, where he carries the same name and call as his father, before enrolling in the Culinary Course at the Santa Maria da Feira Hotel School. Other events in his life shaped his course and defined his personality in the kitchen. He comes to Vila Foz Hotel & Spa after a long and successful career in which he was in charge of both the Vila Foz and Flor de Lis restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vila Foz Hotel & Spa is notable for maintaining a high level of refinement while paying homage to the building\u2019s construction period (the last decade of the nineteenth century), as well as its principles of elegance and rational spatial distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
