Lily Duclaud has established her own style over the years, which she describes as exquisite, subtle, and unique, blending the principles of simplicity with taste and luxurious<\/a><\/span><\/strong> textures, and continuously seeking new challenges. \u201cI don\u2019t work, I simply have fun, and doing fun activities has led me here,\u201d she said when asked what part of her job she enjoyed the best. I\u2019ve loved what I\u2019ve done since I was a child, and I\u2019ve been doing it for many years. This is my life, what I am good at, and I love developing all kinds of projects and meeting new individuals from all over the world. This was demonstrated by my mother. It was a present from her to me. On her side of my narrative, she is a designer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every project<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is unique and authentic for Lily, and this is what distinguishes her work. New initiatives mean fresh starts. \u201cI enjoy everything I do,\u201d she says, \u201cbut I absolutely think kids rooms are my passion.\u201d Working with children has always sparked my imagination and provided me with opportunities to develop in various ways. I believe that I will always remain a child. I hope so.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lily Duclaud described digital media as the most trying time in her career, despite being an energetic and playful person. She considered herself a traditional designer who drew her designs by hand. \u201cI enjoy making eye contact with each person\u2019s vibes. Through Zoom or chat, it\u2019s been tough to understand and sense individuals. Feeling the light of a living room<\/a><\/span><\/strong> through a computer camera, or sitting for a couple of hours and knowing textures and colors without even grasping the notion.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Lily<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The pandemic impacted our lives in every aspect, but the difficult days turned out to be a great opportunity for Lily. \u201cWe made the decision to share our expertise, experience, and positive attitudes with the entire globe.\u201d That was a fantastic challenge I\u2019d never considered before. As a Mexican designer, we\u2019ve been fortunate to work on projects throughout Asia, Europe, and locations we\u2019d never considered before. So far, everything has gone well. Masterclasses have been fantastic for interacting with folks at home while also allowing them to establish their own businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Lily<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The designer, who is incredibly ambitious<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and always has her gaze fixed on the future, stated that she is still far from attaining her goals. \u201cEvery year, I challenge myself in some way.\u201d I\u2019ve met every yearly objective, but, as Walt Disney used to say, I\u2019m still looking forward. Every day is a new challenge, a chance to grow as a person in every manner.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her inner child empowers her to not only achieve more in life, but also to connect with children, which has become one of her greatest ambitions: \u201cI wish to spend more time with children.\u201d Our world is crazier than ever, and because kids are the future, we must begin to construct better creative places for them, with less war, more love, and fun, but in a family-oriented manner.\u201d Lily expressed herself. She\u2019s working on a story called \u201cOnce upon a time in a box.\u201d It\u2019s a fantastic concept<\/a><\/span><\/strong> that will allow moms to build their own rooms with the help of her studios. \u201cI\u2019m really looking forward to it!\u201d I\u2019d like to see my boxes all across the globe.\u201d There\u2019s a big project coming up, and her partner and Lily are having the time of their lives making it happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKids have to feel their space as comfortable and huggable, personalized and content,\u00a0their own shelter. That\u2019s home. We need to go back to back to basics. That\u2019s my priority for kids!\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lily\u2019s passion for personal and deep relationships is one of the most rewarding aspects of her business, and she believes that keeping in touch with her audience and clients is crucial to her success. \u201cOur audience sustains us.\u201d I personally respond to all of their questions and maintain contact with them. Some of my clients have been with me for almost 20 years. I\u2019ve seen children grow up, change nations, and have children again, and they\u2019ve all contacted me. It\u2019s incredible. Social media has offered us previously inconceivable ways to remain in touch. As a pediatrician, I enjoy being a part of their lives and am always available.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Lily was asked about the latest fashion trends<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, she became animated and her eyes twinkled. \u201cFrom my perspective, it reminds me of Disney\u2019s Ratatouille\u2026. \u201cAnyone can cook!\u201d she replied wryly. \u201cI see a lot going on, which is even more fascinating because every company has been creating their own drama!!!!\u201d I love it! This year\u2019s design is full of innovation, colors, textures, and a lot of fun.\u201d Lily continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As previously noted, Lily\u2019s strong bonds with her customers enable her to not only respond to their needs but also anticipate and compliment their desires, which is something they look forward to while working with her. \u201cThey\u2019re rockstars, and I\u2019m the one building a fantastic stage for them because it\u2019s their theater, and they\u2019re the movie\u2019s characters, not me.\u201d They\u2019re all superstars. \u201cBright ones,\u201d she exclaimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we inquired about craftsmanship<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and who is spearheading the charge, prompting Lily to get a little more personal: \u201cI honor a well-known Mexican artist in my hometown of Mexico City.\u201d As an artisan dedicated to handcrafting exquisite wood furniture, Alfonso Marina has showed us how to do things well around the world. His mission has always been to provide the greatest possible quality to discriminating customers. I\u2019m incredibly proud of him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She believes that in the future, we as a society must rethink the concept of communal spaces, citing recent events and social alienation as opportunities to assess our priorities. \u201cFor us, social isolation allowed us to re-evaluate what matters most: family and friendship. As interior designers, we must concentrate on reuniting families. Providing places for them to coexist<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
