The architect was responsible for the interior design and architecture of a seaside penthouse<\/a><\/span><\/strong> in Beirut. A suspended library staircase overlooks the gigantic perforated metal shutters, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baltimore Wharf, London<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The top three floors of a spectacular tower were turned into ten flats by Rabih Hage\u2019s team. This residential project<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is a mix of single-floor one to two bedrooms and two to three-bedroom duplexes in a 1970s style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lovely Victorian-style home from the nineteenth century. Rabih Hage transformed the house into a spacious private residence with a swimming pool and a vehicle lift. The interior designer incorporated fresh designs and adjustments to the structure and envelope of the building, resulting in an inventive style, stunning furniture and art, and an incredible end product for the owners of this magnificent house<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took my\u00a0inspiration\u00a0<\/strong>from the space; the\u00a0great height\u00a0<\/strong>and the walls which needed texture and a bit of life added to them. I wanted to make the space alive with a\u00a0discreet opulence<\/strong>\u00a0that was luxurious and allow the clients to introduce artworks into the rooms that we had found together.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rabih Hage was in charge of the renovation and basement addition of this lovely 8000 square foot Victorian home. We sought to restore the house\u2019s internal elements in order to preserve its memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
