Following Monaco<\/a><\/strong>, Hong Kong<\/a><\/strong> and Mexico, the partnership continues between Ricardo Giraudi, creator of the Beefbar restaurant concept in 2005, and interior architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Second World War, the old dining room of the Langham hotel in\u00a0Paris<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0was walled up to hide it from the Nazis, since it housed a work of art made in 1898 by the architect Emil Hurtr\u00e9 and painted by Jules Wielhosrki.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This historical and aesthetic pattern inspired the studio, accustomed to creating elegant and peculiar environments, to play the contrast between the old and the extremely contemporary<\/a><\/strong>, \u201ca game of love between sobriety and eccentricity\u201d, as they themselves claim, repainting the imposing work following the spirit of the old times, in shades of green and bronze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
