Get to know Chahan Minassian and their Best Design Projects<\/em> \u2013<\/span><\/strong> Chahan Minassian<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0is more than a mere designer,<\/a><\/strong> not that there\u2019s anything mere about the job. Chahan is a collectionneur, a gallerist, a connoisseur of joie de vivre in the world of\u00a0interior design<\/a>.<\/strong> His work, as he says, is the pinnacle of his passion. The creativity of his ongoing work describes him better than any other words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0French Designer\u00a0doesn\u2019t follow any trends. His inspiration comes from the moment, and that\u2019s when he gets his vision and accomplishes his signature. For Chahan, his goal-client is a residential<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0luxury-seeking client. One that is receptive to his ideas although being very busy. He thinks that delegating work is quintessential and the client\u2019s involvement comes from their schedule.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every\u00a0home and home<\/a><\/strong> location dictate his style, even if it\u2019s for the same clients. Chahan feels lucky to\u00a0have clients who have commissioned various and numerous homes for them in different\u00a0destinations, which gives the studio a fan of possibilities. His ceramic artists\u2019 pieces are a part of the\u00a0architecture or furniture design. Chahan\u2019s focus to light<\/a><\/strong> and texture is the starting point and the importance\u00a0of the signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chahan\u2019s design studio and himself work on an average of fifteen to twenty\u00a0projects\u00a0daily. They\u00a0are always working on something new, and they keep on maintaining some projects or\u00a0starting a new one. All projects are currently diversified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The studio has a penthouse<\/strong> <\/a>in London<\/a><\/strong>, a\u00a01920\u2019s house in Zurich, they designed a building from scratch and two chalets in Gstaad, a house in the south\u00a0of France, an apartment in Milan, and a townhouse in Geneva. Each house has, per their\u00a0location,\u00a0different focuses and design differences\u00a0which challenges them and makes them very\u00a0happily diversified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal projects that he did were to install a house in Venice, which is\u00a0very much alike his <\/strong>collections<\/strong>,<\/a> and the strength of the mix of\u00a020th-century\u00a0vintage and collector\u2019s pieces\u00a0in a 14th-century building. But mainly the biggest highlight of representation is the\u00a0installation at the Abbazia di San Gregorio in Venice. It is a curated, collector Grand tour type of\u00a0collection in a 21st-century idea, but installed as a\u00a0residential project<\/a><\/strong>. This is the main highlight of\u00a0where their latest design and style direction is.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chahan is a\u00a0Parisian designer, and nowadays, in his opinion, the most highlighted interior designers<\/strong><\/a> are French Parisian\u00a0colleagues. The designer thinks that\u00a0craftsmanship\u00a0know-how is what it is gathering attention to himself and to his peers. In other words, fabrics,\u00a0metalwork, any kind of bronze, plaster or\u00a0carpentry, stays tailor-made, with special\u00a0attention to knowhow and exclusivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Parisian designer thinks the world is changing and advancing constantly with\u00a0technology\u00a0and the development of the tools of communication. Chahan believes it is obviously important to integrate all these elements<\/a><\/strong> in\u00a0our homes because people want to live in homes that are completely tailored without ever losing its functional side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
