The IK Apartment<\/em><\/strong> is a 250m\u00b2 duplex overlooking the port of Cannes.\u00a0This luxury apartment<\/em><\/strong> design <\/em><\/strong>took two years of construction, remodeling, and decoration. The project was conceived by the design studio Cochet\/ Pa\u00efs Architecture<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>who has projects all over Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cochet\/ Pa\u00efs Architecture<\/a><\/strong> is a family-owned design studio<\/em><\/strong>. It was created by Yannick Cochet<\/em><\/strong> and Gregory Pa\u00efs<\/em><\/strong>, two cousins, each with a function. One is an interior designer<\/em> and the other a project manager<\/em>. Their bond provides unique work chemistry.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their team a group of multidisciplinary architects, interior designers, and decorators, all passionate by refreshing spaces.
