<\/a><\/p>\nThe\u00a0Luxury Design Craftsmanship Summit 2019<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>is taking place in Oporto\u00a0on the 26th and 27th of June.\u00a0This design event will bring together creative minds from the industry to discuss all things luxury! Discover\u00a0the Luxury Design and Craftsmanship summit\u2019s program<\/u><\/em><\/strong>!<\/p>\n The workshop exhibitions will take place from 11 AM to 1 PM.\u00a0The workshops are a chance to see the master artisans at work, to see in person how they shape the fine materials they work with, using all sorts of techniques.<\/p>\n From 10 AM to 10:30 AM and from 2 PM to 3 PM, come see live master artisans meticulously performing the finest Arts & Crafts. It is a unique opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes reality through different workshops.<\/p>\n From 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM, assist at the opening ceremony hosted by Am\u00e2ndio Pereira, founder and CEO of Covet Group, and Marco Martins, Mayor of Gondomar.<\/p>\n From 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM, come meet the keynote speaker: Nicole Segundo who is the delegate for Portugal and the project coordination of Michelangelo Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n The first panel discussion will be \u201cA dialogue between design and artisanal excellence\u201d. It will take place from 3:45 PM to 4:30 PM.<\/p>\n Nicole Segundo will moderate the dialogue between the following speakers:<\/p>\n For more information about the speakers, you can read our previous\u00a0article<\/a>!<\/p>\n The second panel will focus on \u201cPresent and future of craftsmanship\u201d. Marina de Almeida, journalist at Di\u00e1rio de Not\u00edcias\/\u00f3cio, will moderate the discussion between:<\/p>\n If you missed the live showcase on the first day, don\u2019t worry! On Thursday, the live showcase will take place from 10 AM to 10:30 AM and from 2 PM to 3 PM.<\/p>\n From 10:30 AM to 11 AM, come meet keynote speaker Carlos Coelho, a specialist in brand creation and management!<\/p>\n The first discussion of Thursday will be dedicated to \u201cMarketing of excellence: winning high-end consumers through the finest craftsmanship\u201d. Maria Jos\u00e9 Martins, editorial director of Imagens de Marca, will moderate this panel discussion whose speakers are the followings:<\/p>\n The last panel discussion of the Luxury Design and Craftsmanship summit will be focusing on \u201cDesigning & crafting: the touchstone for distinction\u201d.
