Martyn Lawrence Bullard<\/strong><\/em> is undoubtedly one of the best interior designers<\/a><\/strong> <\/a>of our time. Born in London <\/a><\/strong>but based in L.A., Martyn is known as the celebrity designer, with Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Tommy Hilfiger and Ellen Pompeo on his client\u2019s list. However, Martyn is a celebrity himself as well, having appeared on Million Dollar Decorators, a Bravo\u2019s TV Show, and having completed a series of high-profile projects<\/a><\/strong>,<\/a> including both residential and hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MLB Residence<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0is a Moroccan-meets-midcentury house. The airy interior is a showcase for Martyn\u2019s signature \u201cexotica,\u201d with loads of Moroccan arches, marble floors, black-and-white tiles, sexy seating, warm leafy accents, cool brass, vintage photography, and Brit wit. An obvious theme is that of mixed\u00a0patterns, carefully using scale and colour to \u201ccomplete, not combat\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Prospect in old Hollywood<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0(named after the original name of Hollywood<\/strong><\/a> Blvd: Prospect Avenue ). The 1930s building oozes old-school charm with Hollywood<\/a><\/strong> Regency architecture, hence the glamorous interiors and gilded palm trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
