The luxury apartment<\/strong><\/em> underwent a renovation, which was done by Matthew Baird Architects.<\/p>\n

The home has a gallery where the owners, the Marc Murphy and his wife, display part of their art collection. The rug itself looks like a piece of art and goes beautifully with the abstract paintings\u00a0displayed\u00a0on the wall.<\/p>\n

The open space concept lets the light in and turns this space into a light-filled area with amazing views over Central Park. Previously the home wasn\u2019t as open, and this space only felt airy once Matthew Baird Architects removed the walls separating the kitchen from the living and dining rooms.<\/p>\n

During the renovation, some of the original elements of the home were restored, such as the ceiling moldings. The result is a home that joins tradition with modern age, through the furniture and that\u2019s what luxury is all about!<\/p>\n
